For a doctor-starved nation, it may be worth our while introducing a lower strata of allopathic doctors trained and regulated to treat some common ailments, with a strictly restricted license. A notation to this effect [Chota Doctor, or Junior Doctor] should be prominently displayed outside their room, and it be made a criminal offense for them to delve into other sicknesses.
At least a lot of our gullible patients will escape the deception by the quacks and the babas!
