This bus conductor from Kerala ensures his passengers are on time with the help of WhatsApp
Shiju, a 39-year-old bus conductor who works with the Kerala Urban Road Transport Corporation, has won the hearts of the 50 odd passengers with his heart-warming smile and amiable nature. In the bus which picks up passengers from Neyyatinkara to Technopark, Shiju gives the live updates on the WhatsApp group about progress of the bus, at the same time he moves swiftly between distributing tickets, controlling the A/C and playing some good music, ensuring that the people thoroughly enjoy the experience. A regular commuter on this bus, Rahul VR posted this story on his Facebook page where he praises Shiju’s efforts for thinking out of the box.
