T Raja Auto Raja
How many of us go the extra mile to help the underprivileged? Auto Raja as he is fondly known as, was once a sinner having served 20 days in jail, has helped people who live in destitute find the love of a family. He was at first humiliated by his neighbors for bringing these people to his home, but slowly the situation changed and many organizations came up to help him in his endeavor to serve the underprivileged and help them lead a life of dignity. His only source to finance this is his salary from riding an auto rickshaw but sometimes organizations make contributions and help him with his cause. He has been conferred with “NDTV Man of The Year” and the “CNN-IBN Real Heroes” award.
