How many times do we come across truly selfless people in our life? We hardly do. Meet Kamala Lochan Baliarsingh, who feeds stray dogs twice in a day, at the Bhubaneshwar railway station every day without fail. He has no source of income. His last job paid him a meager salary of 90 rupees, which he left three decades ago. He has no shelter over his head, no source of income and wears torn clothes but that doesn’t stop him from doing this kind of service to the dogs. He first feeds the dog and then eats himself, he even goes to sleep without food many times but makes sure that his 6-7 stray pet dogs are fed.
