Indian Rowers Grab 7 Medals at the Asian Rowing Championships in Beijing
Apart from regular sports, did you know that India is gradually leaving a mark in the field of lesser-followed sports like rowing as well?
India bagged seven medals at the 16th Asian Rowing Championships that concluded in Beijing on Monday, Sept. 28, 2015. The impressive medal tally includes five silver and two bronze medals. The Indian participants gave a very impressive performance in every single category. It was not just the shine of silver that made us proud, but also the glitter of bronze that gave us a reason to rejoice.
