Increasing percentage of crime against women in India.

There has been a 34% increase in crime against women from 2012 to 2015. There have been 113,403 reported cases of cruelty by husband and relatives on women. A senior inspector in Delhi says the number of increasing cases being reported is the outcome of women not ready to suffer in silence anymore. Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and West Bengal are states with highest crime rates respectively as in 2015.
