Google Launches Educational Program to Increase millions more developers in India
India has about 3 million software developers. That is, we are a country with the second largest population of developers. And Google, with its recent step, is planning on increasing and advancing this number.
In partnership with Udacity, a US-based for-profit educational organization which offers massive open online courses (MOOC), Google is going to offer Android Developer Nanodegrees in India. The Android Nanodegree is an education credential meant to help developers. With this program, developers can learn new skills from anywhere in the country. All they need is an internet connection.
