FAKE DEGREES, AND BRIGHT POLITICAL CAREERS

The Delhi University Students Union’s new President is alleged to have submitted a fake degree certificate

The media reports accuse as follows:

1.
The University has clarified that no such student ever studied in any of their colleges
2.
The marksheet bears wrong name in Tamil and wrong URL in English, inaccurate semester dates, inaccurate subjects, and the certificate is dated even before conclusion of the semester
3.
The student could not recall even a single subject he claims to have studied correctly, doesn’t remember the name of a single HOD

4.
His social media platforms do not remotely support his stay or study in all those years

But this man hasn’t resigned his new post, the University hasn’t rusticated him, the police has not even questioned him, and he is moving about with impunity

Now, dear youth, ask if YOU had committed even a single one of these crimes or mistakes, where would YOU be?

In police custody if not in the jail!

Clearly in our country different laws operate depending on whether you have political connections or not
