BULLIED INEQUITY
Successive governments have meekly placated to the #organized sector by hiking their #pays regularly through mechanisms of #Finance Commission etc.
This resulted in terrible disparities in the society. Within the same household a brother working for the government earns several times more than his equally capable brother slogging for the private sector.
This created a lot of discontent and disharmony from households to the society as a whole, engulfing the citizenry in a mindless pursuit of money. Money alone became the proof of success and the evidence of capability.
Why can’t, in one nation, be the simple, just and fair system of SAME #WORK SAME PAY? That no #political party espouses this cause is evidence of the gruesome clout the #babus command.
