This amazing lady made sure that anything and everything that can use this renewable energy source is made compatible with solar-energy. Her dedication led Lucknow’s Prince of Wales Zoological Garden to become the first zoo in the country to use solar power. This initiative changed the environment of the zoo and made it more “animal-friendly”, as the solar power keeps the animals comfortable. Singh has been an inspiration to many who are following in her footsteps.
