Great Careers at a Great NGO

Welcome to SPRAT, prostate if you love challenges. And want to grow faster.

To realize the vision of SPRAT we require bright, dynamic, ambitious, young minds. Some positions like teachers and faculty offer part-time and freelancing opportunities while the rest call for full time engagement.

The ideal candidates are those with a thinking head and an aching heart. They shall be rationalist, secular and be committed to a modern, secular, pluralistic India; those who have a sense of history and believe in the essential oneness of human beings. And those who delight in improving the lot of the less-privileged.

Though at selection time, your education and experience are examined, once in SPRAT, you will be encouraged to choose your work area yourself, as long as you can be productive.

Please read our Work Culture to understand who we look for,  before you proceed. Though bright inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply, they will be subjected to the same rigorous scrutiny. Experienced candidates may expect better start / higher position.

Reflections

"Assessing capabilities in terms of achievements without regard to resources that one enjoyed or lacked is the failure of the system."
