|Introduction of Governance|
SPRAT is registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 and Bombay Charitable Trust Act. It has a detailed Memorandum of Association.
We developed an organigram that ensures transparency and accountability of all branches. SPRAT is governed by three main boards, composed of distinguised individuals: Central Advisory Board (CAB), Board of Trustees (BOT), and Board of Governors (BOG).
Our elaborate human resources policy governs all staff members. Besides paid employees, we regularly receive trainees, interns and volunteers.
We always look out for more talents to join our dedicated team. If you find yourself to be a good fit, please do not hesitate to contact us for career opportunities.
We also invite you to become a member of SPRAT to support us in our work and mission..
SPRAT adjudged the best Small NGO of Western India, and one of the 13 best, all India, by the Resource Alliance - Nand and Jeet Khemka Foundation for 2007.
