Trainees

Often we receive applicants to SPRAT who seem to be a great fit, healing yet do not fulfil all of our strict criteria or have not had extensive experience in their chosen field. For these applicants, we provide a position of trainee, in which they receive a stipend for their services to SPRAT for a specified amount of time. During this period the trainees work and learn, receiving guidance from our other Team SPRAT members, and are reviewed frequently on their progress and accomplishments. If at the end of the stipend period they have shown their potential at SPRAT we may hire them as full time salaried staff.

In addition to our stipend option we may also hire staff on a probationary basis in which they are paid a normal salary but are not under a full contract with SPRAT until their probationary period is over and they have received an acceptable review.

Please read our careers section for more information on opportunities at SPRAT.
