Research Projects

SPRAT, with the sponsorship and assistance of groups such as the Ford Foundation and Give Foundation, has organized numerous research projects under the title of TAFTEESH on diverse subjects. SPRAT focuses energy on research because we believe that understanding the population’s behaviors and motivations will assist us in finding ways to better serve and repair society at large. Our ultimate aim is to use this research and documentation to build a long term solution for society that nourishes inter-communal confidence, corrects perceptions, and promotes cultural and intellectual exchanges.

Our past TAFTEESH projects include studies on Hindu Perception, Adolescent Reproductive Health, Imam Survey, Hindu and Muslim Perception, and information from our Satya Satyagrah forms.

Additionally, we will soon undertake research on Achievers of Gujarat , the Best NGO Practices currently being used, the Impact of Gujarat's Riots on society at large, and the connection between Piety and Social Conduct .

"Anger is weakness, cruelty oppression. Angry person harms himself more, a cruel one harms the other."
